The Small Cities Development Program (SCDP) is a housing rehab program that provides assistance to qualifying homeowners to fix up their homes. The City of St. Joseph in partnership with the Central MN Housing Partnership will be submitting a full grant application to the SCDP. The City was one of 36 communities out of 48 who were invited to submit a full grant application after submitting a preliminary proposal last fall. Homeowner participation is key to a successful grant funding award.
