Tri-CAP is distributing funds to income eligible households of Stearns, Benton and Sherburne Counties. Financial assistance is available on a first come first serve basis until program funds are depleted. The following expenses are eligible:
VEHICLE REPAIR ASSISTANCE:: Tri-CAP's vehicle repair program pays a portion of car repair costs for income eligible households. Repairs are limited to those necessary for road worthiness and/or safety (examples include brakes, tires, struts, shock, battery, etc.) Repairs must take place at Tri-CAP designated vendors.
PROPERTY TAX ASSISTANCE: Tri-CAP may pay a portion of current or past due property taxes for income eligible households. Property must be in applicant's name.
WATER/SEWER BILL ASSISTANCE: Tri-CAP may pay a portion of current or past due water/sewer bills for income eligible households. Water/sewer bill must be in the applicant's name.
