b. Bills Payable – Requested Action: Approve check numbers 055985-056030 and Payroll EFT #111857-111863 and regular pay period 8.
c. Joint Powers Agreement for Gang Strike Task Force – Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute the Joint Powers Agreement to Provide Gang Task Force Officer Staffing and Support.
d. Application for Payment #6, Northland Business Center (Industrial Park Imp) – Requested Action: Approve application for payment #6 to R.L. Larson Excavating, Inc in the amount of $161,197.03 for the Northland Business Center (Industrial Park Imp) Project.
e. Change Order #2, 2019 Street Improvement Project – Requested Action: Approve change order #2 for the 2019 Street Improvement Project.
f. Planning Intern – Requested Action: Approve the hire of Josh Storms in the temporary position of Planning Intern at 15.00 per hour contingent on a background check to be completed by the St. Joseph Police Department.
