The City of St. Joseph restricting access to city hall and other government facilities in response to COVID-19 effective immediately.
In order to provide Continuity of Operations for city services, we must protect both our staff and the public moving forward. We are asking the public, for the purpose of city business, to communicate with city staff via phone (320) 363-7201 and email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to pay a utility bill, please use the drop off receptacle in front of city hall. The City of St. Joseph is dedicated to protecting the residents of St. Joseph and will continue to monitor this situation.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO THE RESIDENTS OF ST JOSEPH?
COVID-19 HOTLINE: Stearns and Benton Counties have established a local hotline to answer questions related to COVID-19. The hotline is staffed by Public Health professionals. The hotline is available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM at 320-650-6625 or 1-877-782-5683.
GOVERNMENT CENTER LIMITED ACCESS: It has become necessary to limit access to the Government Center. If you wish to make a payment, apply for a license/permit, or drop off facility reservation forms, etc., please feel free to deposit those items into the utility payment box located on the College Avenue side of the Government Center, near the garage space. Please be sure to include your name, address and a contact phone number with each item deposited. Online payments are highly encouraged. For all other concerns/questions, please feel free to contact our offices by phone at 320.363.7201. For all non-emergency events/assistance involving the Police Department, please contact their offices at (320) 363-8250.
PARK PAVILIONS AND ST JOSEPH COMMUNITY FIRE HALL: These facilities are currently closed to all events through June 30, 2020.
ST. JOSEPH COMMUNITY CENTER: The gym space and Historical Society are currently closed until further notice.

CATHOLIC CHARITIES TO DISTRIBUTE FOOD RELIEF BAGS: Food relief bags will be available on Wednesdays, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Catholic Charities Emergency Services and their eight mobile sites. https://www.ccstcloud.org/services/emergency/food-shelf
