St Joseph Walking Tour Scavenger Hunt: The Hunt begins September 19 and ends September 30. Come walk thru the City of St Joseph using the Scavenger Hunt clues to find six locations. Take a photo at each location and send all six photos with your name to by Oct 30th, for a chance to win one of four prizes.

Cookies and Canvas: Wednesday, October 19th, Come to the Millstream Park Shelter for some Cookies and Canvas Painting with Your Bearded Artist. The fun starts at 6:30PM and ends at 8:30PM. $36 includes all supplies. Sign up here by October 11th!



Senior Walking Pass: Seniors have the opportunity to use the walking path at the Haehn Campus Center, 30138 College Ave. M-F 6:30AM-11PM; Sat-Sun 8AM-10PM from Nov 1-March 31. Sign up at the Haehn Campus Center $55


Open Gym at Kennedy Sundays from 11-2:00PM starting in October. Come play basketball, volleyball, soccer, or whatever you choose $2

Open Gym at Kennedy Tuesdays from 6-8:00PM starting in October. Bring a team and play volleyball or basketball $2


Floor Hockey: October 11, 13, 18, 20; 6-7:00PM – Kids in grades 3-5 can learn to play floor hockey at Kennedy Community School. Sign up by October 1; cost is $20


Basketball: November 8, 10, 15, 17; 6PM-7PM – kids in grades 3-5 can learn to play basketball at Kennedy Community school. Sign up by Nov 1; cost is $20

Whitney Senior Center
The City of St. Joseph partners with the Whitney Senior Center to provide activities for seniors. You must be a member to participate. An annual membership is $50. Be sure to ask about the reduced rate for the first 30 residents when purchasing the membership through the Whitney Senior Center by calling 320-255-7245 or visit their website Current offerings in St. Joseph include:
Senior Yoga (Chair Yoga): Located at Heritage Hall on Wednesdays at 1:30 PM
Enhanced Fitness: Located at Heritage Hall on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1:30 PM
Cribbage and 500: Located at Heritage Hall; 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month from 9:30 - 11AM
