Envision St. Joseph - Comprehensive Plan

The City of St. Joseph is updating the City's Comprehensive Plan and we are working with Community Design Group (CDG) to do that. A Comprehensive Plan is a guide on how the community wants to develop into the future. Plan components include land use, transportation, housing, economic development, parks and trails, and sustainability.

The Comprehensive Plan update began in 2017 and is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2018. Public input has provided the foundation in the development of our vision statement and core values.

The draft Comprehensive Plan is coming soon so check back frequently!  Check out the draft vision statement and core values below and visit the project website for more information.
