As part of the budget process, the City Council reviews the infrastructure needs of the City and based on the condition of the streets/utilities they propose an improvement project. The table below identifies sections of the City that are in need of repair. At this time the City is considering constructing the following from the table below: Pondview Ridge, 4th Ave NE & SE, Hollow Park, Ash & Birch Street, Elm Street and Jade Road.
