a.     Minutes – Requested Action:  Approve the minutes of October 7, 2019.

b.    Bills Payable – Requested Action: Approve check numbers 055245-055289 and Payroll EFT #111752-111759 and Accounts Payables EFT #001899-001902.

c.     Financial Report – Requested Action: Approve the 3rd quarter financial report and the September 2019 treasurer’s report as presented.

d.    Bike Share Program Agreement – Requested Action: Approve the Bike Share Program Agreement between the Cities of St. Joseph and Waite Park authorizing the Mayor and Administrator to execute the agreement.

e.     Tobacco License – Requested Action: Issue a 2-month tobacco license for Dollar General #20717.

f.     Change Order No. 1 – Requested Action: Approve change order no. 1 for the 2019 Street Improvement Project.

g.    Liquor License – Requested Action: Approve the off-sale liquor license and authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute Resolution 2019-065 approving the on-sale liquor license for Krewe Restaurant.
