This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or just prefer a slower pace. It will include a warm-up, standing, sitting and floor postures and end with relaxation. It is designed to help you build and maintain flexibility, strength and endurance. Poses will be adjusted, as appropriate, to individual needs. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket/big towel.
