The City of St. Joseph contracts with SEH for engineering services, with Randy Sabart serving as the city engineer. The engineer is responsible for the following activities:
Administration of capital improvement projects (street, sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, and sidewalks.
Assessment rolls
Construction services to include inspections, surveys, and record drawings.
Project design and management
Right of way management
Development liaison to direct planning subdivision development
Community liaison for projects and future planning
